GET READY FOR THE EXCITING KARNIVAL JOM HEBOH AT ANGSANA JOHOR BAHRU MALL!

Karnival Jom Heboh (KJH) will be heading to Johor for three days, starting from October 27th to 29th (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) at Angsana Johor Bahru Mall. Johor is the fourth location for KJH after receiving an overwhelming response from the previous events held in Kelantan (September 7-9), Penang (July 28-30), and Selangor (June 2-4), which received more than 300,000 visitors in each location!

These three days in Johor offer a wide range of activities that have been planned to entertain visitors together with special opportunities to create unforgettable memories. There will also be exciting prizes up for grab at our valued partnership tents including Studio Tonton Drama Sangat (TV3, TV9, Tonton), Studio Jom Heboh, New Straits Times Press (New Straits Times, Berita Harian, Harian Metro), Hot FM, and Seismik TV. KJH goers will also be given the opportunity to see their favourite singers perform live at the KJH concert, scheduled on October 28 and 29 (Saturday and Sunday) at 9.00 pm.

Despite having fun with your entire family, let’s not forget those who are currently facing various difficulties. Individuals who wish to contribute and help those affected by the conflict in Palestine can channel their support to the ‘Tabung Kemanusiaan Palestin Media Prima’, which will continue to recollect aid following the recent humanitarian crisis in Palestine. In addition to the Media Prima brand booths, there will be other booths prepard, offering exciting prizes and freebies for visitors like F&N, Pocky, Watsons and many more. The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will also be opening a booth providing services such as checking and verifying EPF statements and contributions for free! Adding to the excitement, visitors will be able to spend  precious time together indulging in cuisines that are currently buzzing on social media like Kunafa Ojen, Cikidot, Vicha Bakso Beranak and a variety of others.

Johor is indeed famous for its ‘zapin’ dance and its unique expressions in terms of dance movements, music, poetic arts, and traditional attire. To elevate the state’s iconic dance tradition, Studio Tonton Drama Sangat is organising a ‘Pertandingan Tarian Zapin Kreatif’ for children aged 15 and below. This competition welcomes participation from all schools and associations. Don’t miss the chance to compete on October 28 (Saturday) for the grand prize of RM3,000!

The STDS stage is also hosting a traditional costume competition through the ‘Pertandingan Kostum Tradisional Kanak-Kanak’ event, which is open to children aged 12 and below. The objective of this competition is to uphold the heritage of traditional Malaysian clothing among the younger generation, as to ensure that this meaningful part of the culture will not be forgotten with time. The Children’s Traditional Costume Competition, scheduled for October 27 (Friday), offers a cash grand prize of RM300!

Studio Tonton Drama Sangat consistently gathers exciting programmes and popular celebrities for drama lovers. For this KJH Johor event, celebrities set to make an appearance include Afifah Nasir (Samarinda: Haloba), Ummi Nazeera (Samarinda: Surat Dari Tuhan), Wani Kayrie (Lestary: Melastik Ke Hatimu 2), Sherry Ibrahim (Samarinda: Haloba), Sharifah Sakinah (Tonton: Pendamping), Wanna Ali (Akasia: Bukan Sekadar Lafaz), Ahmad Idham (Akasia: Bukan Sekadar Lafaz), Cef Naem (TV9: Dapur Tempur Selebriti), Michael Ang (TV9: Dapur Tempur Selebriti), Achey (TV9: Dapur Tempur Selebriti), and many more.

For the first time, TV9 will host a ‘Sukaneka Janji Happy’ for the residents of the southern region! The ‘Jom Lokal Jam’ is back and will accompany you on October 27 (Friday) starting at 9.00 pm on the main stage of KJH.
