“Indulge in Tradition: Warisan Ibunda’s Ramadan Culinary Showcase & Bubur Lambuk Giveaway”

As Ramadan approaches, Concorde Hotel Shah Alam embraces its enduring tradition of providing their famous Bubur Lambuk, a beloved practice upheld for the past two decades.

The preparation of Bubur Lambuk was prepared by the expertise of the hotel’s chefs with the assistance from management and hosts. The preparation started as early as 7 am with 200 kg of rice, and many other ingredients cooked in big pots. Total of 6,000 packets are distributed within hours.

The Shah Alam community have queued since early morning at 11 am to get their hands on our Bubur Lambuk.
The distribution began at the hotel’s driveway at 12 noon on 6th February 2024 until all the Bubur Lambuk packages were distributed to the community. “As usual, the driveway is tum into a “drive-thru” to efficiently donate our favourite Ramadan delicacy. At 2 pm, all 6,000 packets of Bubur Lambuk were successfully distributed to the public.” said Ms Amilia Alias, the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Concorde Hotel Shah Alam’s chosen theme is ‘Warisan Ibunda’ for Ramadan Buffet 2024. ‘Warisan Ibunda’ is a traditional home-cooked mother’s legacy that holds a dear place in the hearts of our community in Shah Alam. The Ramadan Buffet menu consists of 100 appetizing dishes. A few hotel’s speciality dishes include Kari Kepala Ikan Jenahak, Telur Ikan Merah Goreng Berempah, Paru Goreng Sambal, Sotong Masak Lemak Belimbing Buluh, Kambing Pangganag and many more.

Early Bird Ramadan Buffet Voucher is available for purchase from NOW until 11″ March 2024 at
RM 125 nett per voucher.

Special promo on the first 3 days (12 – 14 March 2024) and last 3 days (07 – 09 April 2024) of Warisan Ibunda Ramadan Buffet prices at RM 125 nett per adult and RM 65 nett per child (5-12 years old). Not applicable for senior citizen.

Normal days from 14th March until 6* April 2024, Warisan Ibunda Ramadan buffet prices:
• RM 149 nett per adult
• RM 75 nett per child (5-12 years old)
• RM 115 nett per senior citizen
Concorde Hotel Shah Alam also offer Sahur buffet from 12 March – 09 April 2024 at Melting Pot Café from 3.30 am until Imsak. The prices are:
• RM 66 nett per adult
• RM 33 nett per child (5-12 years old)

Additionally, at the end of Ramadan, dine in to celebrate the Ist and 2nd day of Hari Raya with a Buffet Hi-Tea at RM 95 nett per adult and RM 45 nett per child (5 – 12 years old).
