Larian Him and Her Health Run 2026 di Pulau Pinang Tarik Penyertaan 2,500 Peserta

GEORGE TOWN, PENANG, 4 June 2026 – The Padang Kawad at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) came alive with energy and enthusiasm on 17 May 2026 as 2,500 participants gathered for the Him and Her Health Run 2026 Penang, an annual community event organised by Yayasan MR D.I.Y. that combines fitness, philanthropy, and community engagement.

The event attracted participants of all ages and backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to supporting cancer and heart disease patients. Proceeds from the run will be channelled towards assisting underprivileged individuals with medical treatment costs and related healthcare expenses, reinforcing the event’s mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

Beyond the run itself, participants enjoyed a lively Zumba warm-up session and a range of interactive activities throughout the event grounds. The vibrant atmosphere reflected the event’s broader objective of inspiring individuals and families to stay active, prioritise their well-being, and foster stronger community connections.

The success of the Penang edition was made possible through the support of numerous partners and sponsors, including Creador Foundation, Kumon Education Malaysia, Shin Yang Shipping, Jemco Manufacturing, Alliance Integrity Trading, Hui Long Lighting, Qube Apps Solutions, and many others. Following the encouraging turnout in Penang, the Him and Her Health Run 2026 will continue its nationwide fundraising journey with upcoming stops in Kuching on 19 July 2026 and Kuala Lumpur on 18 October 2026. The series aims to further expand its reach, bringing together communities across Malaysia in support of health, wellness, and charitable causes.
