The buffet features a tantalizing spread of traditional and heritage delicacies, such as Sambal Taun, a dish deeply rooted in Selangor’s heritage, and Nasi Ambeng from Sabak Bernam, a communal meal served with aromatic rice and assorted side dishes. Seafood lovers will enjoy Siakap Purbakala and Steamed Siakap, inspired by Klang’s coastal flavors, while the bold Kari Kepala Ikan and Gulai Kawah from Sepang provide a hearty and spicy experience.
