KAO Malaysia and Watsons Launch “Skin Protection, Life Perfection” to Foster Lifelong Skin Health Starting Early in Life

KAO Malaysia, in strategic partnership with Watsons, has officially kicked off its latest health-forward initiative, “Skin Protection, Life Perfection.” This nationwide campaign champions the idea that cultivating healthy skincare habits from an early age lays the groundwork for a lifetime of confidence and well-being. More than just a product push, this campaign integrates a full ecosystem blending Bioré’s skincare science, Watsons’ loyalty platforms, and a 1% donation from product sales to support local dermatological research.

To set the tone for this campaign, KAO hosted a launch event featuring distinguished speakers and skincare advocates. Associate Professor ChM. Dr. Noraini from Universiti Malaya delivered a keynote on “The Science Behind Effective Skincare Ingredients,” highlighting the importance of long-term skin health through scientifically sound formulations. This was complemented by Dr. Lim Ing Kien of Ventamin, who demonstrated age-specific skincare routines, reinforcing that tailored care should evolve alongside individual skin needs.

Bioré’s “Cleanse. Protect.” regime simple yet highly effective was emphasized as a daily defense strategy against Malaysia’s harsh environmental stressors like UV exposure, dust, and heat.
