(Singapore, 4 August 2026) — Fans of The Apothecary Diaries will soon have the opportunity to step into the mysterious world of the Inner Palace as The Apothecary Diaries Exhibition makes its Singapore debut on 30 September 2026. Presented by Sliding Doors Entertainment, the exhibition will take place at Fever Exhibition Hall and will feature content from Season 1 of the popular anime series. Singapore marks the latest stop for the exhibition following successful showcases across Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea.

Since its anime debut in 2023, The Apothecary Diaries has captivated audiences around the world with its intriguing blend of palace intrigue, mystery and character-driven storytelling. Based on the popular original novel series, the franchise has sold more than 45 million copies globally. With Season 3 scheduled to premiere in October and a feature film set for release in December 2026, the Singapore exhibition arrives at a time when anticipation surrounding the series continues to grow.

The exhibition invites fans to experience the world of Maomao and Jinshi through an immersive palace-inspired setting. Visitors can revisit key moments from Season 1 while exploring a series of specially designed zones featuring three-dimensional sets, video installations and recreated scenes. The experience aims to bring the atmosphere of the Inner Palace and Pleasure District to life while allowing fans to explore the mysteries and relationships that shaped the first season.

One of the highlights is the recreated Medical Office, a setting closely associated with Maomao and her fascination with herbs, medicine and pharmacology. The space offers visitors a closer look at the environment where Maomao’s curiosity, knowledge and sharp observational skills are brought to the forefront. Fans can also explore the investigation-focused section, which recreates the moment Maomao pieces together clues and uncovers hidden truths.

Another featured recreation is the Go scene involving Lakan and Fengxian, which captures one of the more emotional storylines from Season 1. The setting reflects the quiet connection between the two characters, with the game serving as a symbol of unspoken emotions, fate and restraint. Together, these immersive installations allow visitors to experience some of the series’ most memorable moments beyond the screen.

The exhibition will also showcase more than 250 pieces of production material, including reproduced sketches, storyboards and character settings. These materials provide fans with a rare glimpse into the creative and production process behind the anime. Adding to the visual experience are the elegant costumes of Maomao and Jinshi, alongside four accessories from the Japan exhibition display, highlighting the detailed craftsmanship behind the series.
