Double Gold Triumph for Menara Merdeka 118 at FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026

Malaysia’s landmark skyscraper, Menara Merdeka 118, has achieved another significant international milestone after securing two World Gold awards at the prestigious FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026. The iconic tower was recognised in both the Office and Sustainable Development categories, reinforcing its status as one of the world’s most outstanding real estate developments.

The awards were presented during the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress held in Vienna, Austria, where leading developments from across the globe competed for top honours. Widely regarded as one of the highest accolades in the international real estate industry, the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards celebrate projects that demonstrate excellence in design, sustainability, innovation and community impact.

The latest achievement follows Menara Merdeka 118’s success at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2025, where the development emerged as the winner in the same categories before advancing to the global stage.
