Following the official unveiling of the HONOR 600 Series on Friday, HONOR today announced that Malaysia will be the first country, ahead of China and other global markets, to launch the highly anticipated flagship smartphones on 22 April 2026. The HONOR 600 Series introduces major advancements in next-generation AI imaging, headlined by the AI Image to Video 2.0 feature. This upgrade redefines mobile storytelling by enabling users to transform static photographs into cinematic, high-quality videos with greater creative flexibility than before.
AI Image to Video 2.0 empowers users to go beyond imagination by combining multiple photographs with customised prompts to create dynamic video content. While the earlier version introduced in the HONOR 400 Series offered a simplified single-template experience, the HONOR 600 Series takes the feature further with three key enhancements: multi-image to video composition, customised prompts for personalised creations, and a selection of creative templates, giving users full control over their digital storytelling.

The industry-leading multi-image to video capability now supports up to three still photographs, which can be combined with prompts to generate high-quality three- or five-second video clips. This breakthrough brings static memories to life, turning them into cinematic and emotionally resonant visual stories. Beyond simple animation, the feature is designed to connect people more deeply with their memories, offering a meaningful way to revisit moments with loved ones, whether near or far.
For instance, users can recreate heartfelt scenes such as a long-awaited reunion with a grandmother separated by distance, a joyful moment shared again with a beloved pet, or even a playful interaction between one’s present self and childhood memories. These imaginative recreations transform longing and nostalgia into vivid visual experiences, allowing users to relive meaningful moments in a new and creative form.
The customised prompts feature further expands creative possibilities by allowing users to describe and generate imaginative scenarios with ease. From extraordinary adventures like swimming with sharks or riding dinosaurs through prehistoric landscapes to whimsical scenes such as a cat enjoying coffee at a Parisian café, users can turn everyday ideas into visually engaging content. This represents a new form of digital expression that turns imagination into shareable, cinematic moments.
The HONOR 600 Series also introduces a library of 13 creative templates, designed with cinematic camera movements, visual effects, and film-inspired styles. These templates enable users to produce professional-quality videos effortlessly, whether applying dynamic effects such as Bullet Time or Dolly Zoom, or exploring creative modes like Pet Roleplay and Character Morph. Everyday photos can thus be transformed into compelling visual narratives in just a few simple steps.
The HONOR 600 Series will officially launch in Malaysia on 22 April 2026 at 3:00 PM. The event will showcase the full capabilities of the new series alongside exclusive announcements.
