Bella Astillah Turns Bubble Tea Barista at TRUEDAN’s Malaysia Grand Opening

Malaysian actress Bella Astillah swapped the spotlight for the bubble tea counter as she joined Taiwanese bubble tea brand TRUEDAN at the official opening of its first Malaysian outlet at IOI City Mall 2.

The celebration attracted more than 500 fans and customers, with Bella getting hands-on experience preparing TRUEDAN’s signature Meteoric Brown Sugar and Handmade Taiwanese Jelly.

She also stepped behind the counter to serve fans the brand’s Signature Meteoric Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea with Taiwanese Jelly and freshly fried Taiwanese Crispy Milk Donuts.

Bella shared her appreciation for TRUEDAN’s Handmade Taiwanese Jelly, highlighting its smooth yet chewy texture. She also tried preparing the brand’s Meteoric Brown Sugar herself, giving her a closer look at the preparation process behind the signature drink.

The actress also revealed that she planned to bring home some of TRUEDAN’s Taiwanese Crispy Milk Donuts for her children, Ayden and Ara.

TRUEDAN’s grand opening marked the official launch of its first Malaysian outlet at IOI City Mall 2, following a month-long soft opening.

Beyond its signature bubble tea, TRUEDAN introduces Malaysian customers to Taiwanese-inspired creations including Handmade Taiwanese Jelly, Meteoric Brown Sugar and Taiwanese Crispy Milk Donuts.

The Meteoric Brown Sugar is freshly shaved in-store, creating fine brown sugar flakes that add aroma and richness to the drink. Meanwhile, the Taiwanese Crispy Milk Donuts are freshly fried upon order and come in Original, Kunafa Chocolate and Kunafa Pistachio flavours.

Bella’s appearance added a lively touch to TRUEDAN’s Malaysian debut, as she interacted with fans, took photographs and personally served the brand’s signature drinks and treats.
