WE2025: Empowering Women to Drive Malaysia’s Future in Trade, Investment, and Leadership

WE2025: Future in Motion – Women in Trade, Investment, and Leadership is a dynamic new platform set to spearhead women’s economic empowerment and drive inclusive growth. The initiative features four main components, at least 11 signature events, 25 distinguished speakers, and the announcement of new strategic partners alongside a corporate sponsor. Spearheaded by Qube Integrated Malaysia in collaboration with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development and supported by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, the inaugural event will take place from 25 to 27 November 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC). It aims to attract 10,000 participants and facilitate RM100 million in potential trade and investment.

The announcement of partners and corporate sponsor for WE2025 underscored the event’s role in strengthening Malaysia’s SME landscape and the wider economy. SMEs currently contribute 39.5% to the national economy, with women entrepreneurs representing over 20% of all businesses as of 2022. WE2025 serves as an important platform to provide SMEs with national-level exposure while equipping women entrepreneurs with valuable insights and guidance from industry leaders who share similar backgrounds.
