vivo has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone series, the vivo X300 Series, in Shanghai, marking a significant milestone in mobile imaging innovation. As a special release celebrating the brand’s 30th anniversary, the vivo X300 Series redefines mobile photography with its “Dual Kings of 200 MP ZEISS Imaging” concept. Built around professional-grade imaging, the series introduces major upgrades in performance, design, and user experience, offering a refined and versatile flagship for modern users.
The vivo X300 Series debuts two groundbreaking imaging systems: the vivo X300 Pro features a ZEISS APO 200 MP super telephoto camera, while the vivo X300 showcases a ZEISS 200 MP super main camera. Both models are powered by the new Dimensity 9500 flagship platform and vivo’s proprietary Blueprint imaging chip, the V3+, achieving industry-leading 4K video creation through advanced dual-chip integration. This innovative combination delivers stunning clarity, even in motion capture, setting a new benchmark for smartphone photography.
In addition to its imaging prowess, the vivo X300 Series introduces a new generation of flagship performance. With the vivo X300 Pro achieving over 4.1 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark, users can expect exceptional speed and responsiveness. The devices also run on the latest OriginOS 6, which ensures seamless operation and fluid performance. The collaboration between vivo and MediaTek through the Dimensity 9500’s Ultra-Efficient Imaging NPU further enhances energy efficiency and image processing precision, ensuring a smooth and powerful user experience.

At the launch event, vivo’s Vice President of Product, Huang Tao, reflected on the company’s 30-year journey and its dedication to innovation. He emphasized that vivo’s greatest accomplishment lies in capturing users’ most meaningful memories through evolving technology from landline phones to today’s imaging flagships. With its user-first philosophy, vivo continues to balance in-house R&D with strategic collaborations, translating cutting-edge technologies into intuitive user experiences while investing deeply in long-term technological innovation.
As the flagship model, the vivo X300 Pro redefines professional photography with its 85 mm 200 MP ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera co-engineered with Samsung. Featuring a large 1/1.4-inch HPB sensor, f/2.67 aperture, and ZEISS T* Coating, it ensures exceptional optical precision and stability with CIPA 5.5-rated image stabilization. The LYT-828 main sensor, co-developed with Sony, integrates vivo’s proprietary VCS 3.0 technology for lifelike color reproduction and enhanced low-light performance. With advanced gimbal-level stabilization, the X300 Pro captures cinematic-quality 4K 60 fps and even 120 fps Dolby Vision HDR videos, empowering users with professional-grade creative freedom.
The vivo X300, on the other hand, offers professional imaging performance in a compact body. It features the same 200 MP HPB sensor found in the X300 Pro’s telephoto camera, repurposed as its main lens for unparalleled clarity. Its “shoot first, crop later” functionality and AI One-Shot Multi-Crop feature allow users to create artistic compositions effortlessly. The LYT-602 telephoto sensor, coupled with ZEISS APO certification, further enhances sharpness and color accuracy. Intelligent imaging tools such as AI beauty learning, Live Photo Passerby Erase, and Night Portrait optimization ensure every shot tells a story with vivid detail and natural tone.

In terms of design, both models balance elegance and ergonomics. The vivo X300 Pro features a sleek 7.99 mm body with a 6.78-inch display and a Unibody 3D Glass back enhanced by the Coral Velvet Glass Technique for a soft, premium feel. Meanwhile, the more compact vivo X300 offers a 6.31-inch flat screen, weighing only 190g for comfortable single-hand use, while maintaining the X Series’ signature circular camera design.
Underneath its sophisticated exterior, the vivo X300 Series is powered by the co-developed Dimensity 9500 platform paired with vivo’s V3+ imaging chip. This dual-chip architecture ensures high-efficiency performance across imaging, computing, and energy management. With large BlueVolt batteries 6510 mAh on the X300 Pro and 6040 mAh on the X300 combined with Silicon Anode Technology, the series delivers industry-leading endurance that rivals phones with much larger capacities.
Completing the flagship experience, the vivo X300 Series offers a ZEISS Master Color Display with 2160 Hz PWM Dimming and 1 nit minimum brightness for eye comfort. Other flagship-grade features include IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanning, a high-performance X-axis linear motor, and USB 3.2 support. For photography enthusiasts, vivo has also introduced compatible accessories such as the ZEISS 2.35x Telephoto Extender and Photography Kit, enabling users to capture distant or dynamic scenes like concerts and landscapes with professional precision.
With the launch of the vivo X300 Series, vivo continues to strengthen its legacy in imaging innovation, delivering a balance of artistry, performance, and reliability that redefines what a smartphone flagship can achieve.
