SINGLE Terbaru ‘Sang Pangeran’ dari ‘Amanda Amry’
‘Sang Pangeran’ is the title of Amanda Amry’s debut song, which was just released. Amanda Amry is a 20-year-old actress, model, and creator of social media content. She started her modeling career at the young age of 5, and at the age of 12, she had her first appearance on television in Nur Fazura’s music video for “Sayangi Dirimu.” Since that time, Amanda has actively pursued acting and appeared in the drama ‘Kau Cipta Kasih’ with other well-known actors including Nazim Othman, Uyaina Arshad, and Fify Azmi.
Despite her busy schedule in acting and modeling, Amanda nurtured her interest in singing. ‘Sang Pangeran,’ which means ‘The Prince’ in Bahasa Minangkabau, narrates her dream of finding a prince – the man of her dreams and the ideal partner she envisions when she was growing up.
Amanda further explained that while the song reflects her childhood dreams of having a prince, it was mostly influenced by fairy tales she encountered during her youth.
“Since I was a child, I often daydreamed about marrying a prince especially after watching fairytales. It was just a passing fantasy back then. But receiving this song makes me feel nostalgic, reminding me of my childhood fantasy. I’m excited to share this with everyone,” Amanda said with a sweet smile.
The song ‘Sang Pangeran’ was produced by Akram Kadir from the popular Malaysian group, Floor 88. It seems that Akram Kadir was attuned to Amanda’s dreams when creating this song. The melody and arrangement of ‘Sang Pangeran’ align with current trends.
“I created ‘Sang Pangeran’ specifically for Amanda Amry because I saw great potential in her to deliver this song with excellence. I’m thrilled to have worked on this song with Rakam Drum, a renowned musician from Indonesia. Although we communicated solely online, it was not a hindrance for us. Alhamdulillah, we managed to complete this song within the set timeframe,” said Akram when asked about ‘Sang Pangeran.’
Amanda also shared her challenges while working on this song, like the nervousness and fear of how the public would receive it. However, these challenges did not deter her; instead, they fueled her determination to create ‘Sang Pangeran’ and contribute positively to the public through her music.
“Honestly, there was nervousness about how the public would react if they didn’t accept this song. But that doesn’t deter me because it’s an opportunity to improve the quality of my future work,” Amanda said with a calm and enthusiastic tone.
‘Sang Pangeran’ is designed to meet the preferences and tastes of today’s audience, with a catchy and easy-to-listen-to rhythm. Amanda hopes that the song will be well-received by listeners and serve as an introduction to her work.
