24 JULY 2019, SUBANG JAYA – Firefly Airlines is once again extending thanks to all loyal customers with various mystery gifts onboard. The ‘Is Your Seat the Lucky One?’ campaign kick started earlier this week and has seen many passengers being pleased and appreciated. Mystery gifts onboard flights are actually a great way to turbocharge emotions and it fuels more passionate relationships between customers and the airline by creating a cycle of happiness.

Prizes include free return flight tickets once a month for 2 months and 6 months, free night stay at Royale Chulan Hotel & Resorts Malaysia vouchers, free one time return flight on Firefly and Firefly merchandise. To be one of the lucky ones, customers need to book any Firefly flight ticket and travel between 22nd and 28th of July. The mystery gifts will be placed in the back-seat pocket right in front of the passenger’s seat.

The airline staff basically places the mystery gifts on random flights every day from 22-28 July 2019 and only the cabin crew will be informed of the chosen flight so that an announcement can be made for passengers to check the back-seat pocket for the mystery gifts. A photo of the winner with the mystery gift will then be taken by the cabin crew to be posted on Firefly’s social media platforms.

In addition to the mystery gift hype, Firefly is also giving away attractive discounts for domestic destinations when flight tickets are booked in advance. Enjoy 30% off when you book now and travel between 19 August 2019 to 31 October 2019. Or stretch your wallet by 60% when you book now and travel between 1 November 2019 to 24 October 2020.
