The upcoming HONOR 400 Series is already generating major excitement ahead of its official launch on 22 May 2025. Early hands-on testers, including some of Malaysia’s top photographers, have praised the device for its advanced AI photography capabilities, especially the AI Super Zoom feature. Among them is renowned photographer Nazer Noor, who showcased his stunning shots taken with the HONOR 400 Pro on social media. Despite being a mid-range model, the smartphone’s 50x zoom left a strong impression, delivering exceptionally clear images of landscapes, nature, and cityscapes, thanks to its powerful HONOR IMAGE Engine.
The HONOR 400 Pro is equipped with a flagship-level 200MP Super Sensing Main Camera, supported by a large 1/1.4-inch sensor and a wide f/1.9 aperture. More than just a camera phone, the HONOR 400 Pro introduces a suite of AI-powered editing tools that take mobile creativity to a whole new level. These include the AI Image to Video feature powered by Google Cloud AI that transforms still images into dynamic videos. The device also comes with built-in tools like AI Eraser 2.0, AI Cutout, AI Outpainting, and AI Upscale, giving users total control over their creative edits without the need for third-party apps. A standout innovation is the Moving Photo Collage, which combines 2 to 9 moving images into one compelling visual story. The Harcourt Studio 2.0 feature also returns, enabling artistic portrait shots with professional lighting effects.
To cater to a wide range of users, the HONOR 400 Series will be available in three variants. The HONOR 400 Pro comes with 24GB RAM (including 12GB HONOR Turbo RAM) and 512GB ROM, while the standard HONOR 400 offers the same RAM configuration with either 256GB or 512GB storage options.
