Agape ATP Corporation Secures Significant Jet Fuel Contract with Swiss One Oil & Gas AG

Agape ATP Corporation (NASDAQ: ATPC), via its fully owned subsidiary, ATPC Green Energy Sdn. Bhd has formalized two significant Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) with Swiss One Oil & Gas AG. The combined value of these agreements is estimated at around USD 24 billion.

These SPAs follow an Initial Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) signed by both companies in February 2025. That early-stage collaboration involved a pilot supply of 100,000 metric tonnes of EN590 10PPM diesel and one million barrels of Jet Fuel A1. The success of this trial phase laid the foundation for this expanded long-term partnership.

According to the new agreements, ATPC Green Energy will provide ongoing supplies of Jet Fuel A1 and EN590 10PPM diesel over an initial one-year term, with provisions for extensions. The agreement will launch with a new trial shipment of 200,000 metric tonnes of diesel and 2 million barrels of jet fuel, set to begin in March 2025. Upon successful delivery and validation, the arrangement will scale to full-capacity supply, with weekly consignments reaching 500,000 metric tonnes of EN590 diesel and 2 million barrels of Jet Fuel A1—supporting growing global fuel requirements.

All fuel deliveries will follow Free on Board (FOB) shipping terms at leading international ports. To guarantee fuel quality and compliance, third-party inspections will be carried out by SGS or equivalent certified bodies, ensuring adherence to ASTM/IP international standards.

Commenting on the milestone, ATPC Founder and Global Group CEO, Professor Dato’ Sri Dr. How Kok Choong, said:
“The initial ICPO with Swiss One represented a key step in establishing operational trust. With these SPAs, we’re proud to advance that partnership and demonstrate ATPC’s strength in delivering high-volume, high-quality fuel reliably.”

Swiss One Oil & Gas CEO, Jeff Hattara, extended thanks to those instrumental in progressing the agreement:
“I appreciate the contributions of Mr. Steven Huffman, President and Director for Asia Pacific, and Mr. Magedaragamage, advisor to Swiss One. Both will collaborate closely on-site with Agape to coordinate logistics and future project execution.”

This landmark agreement reinforces ATPC’s commitment to expanding its global energy trading operations. It is also projected to boost company revenues and further its long-term, diversified business growth strategy.
