Some people may not be familiar with Kat Roshan, but those who have heard her singing on the radio or on other digital platforms are likely aware of her potential to become one of Malaysia’s emerging vocal talents.
Katrina Cheng Binti Roshan, this young singer-songwriter was born in Kuala Lumpur and is of mix parentage with a Malay father and Chinese mother.
Musically inclined since young, she was discovered to have the perfect pitch by her violin teacher. She started piano lessons at age 5 with her mother’s school friend, and later, picked up the guitar from her former Maths teacher, Stephen Kimber who also managed Kat these past few years as she developed her musical talent and early career.
Kat was only 15 at that time when she was introduced to Mr Ong Peng Chu. He has been mentoring her since 2018.
In line with her musical progress, the star just released her latest single called Going Crazy Wild. Composed and produced by renowned South Korean producer Jeong Wook ‘James’ Park, alongside Jun Il Kim and Chan Hee Jung, the dance track also sees the participation of Kat herself as the lyricist, accompanied by Korean hip hop star Su Jin who gives a dazzling rap performance in the song.
Kim Su Jin is an artist under Park Jeong Wook’s MOT label and is no stranger to the Korean hip hop scene.
According to Mr Park, “When I first met Kat, she seemed like a girl who simply loved music. However, as we proceeded with the recording, I discovered that she possessed perfect pitch and had a serious attitude towards music. I truly felt her genuine love for music.
After listening to the final version of the recording, where the beautifully arranged instruments blended seamlessly with Kat’s captivating voice, I recognized her as an artist with endless potential.
From the beginning of the album project until now, regardless of genre, we have shared many stories about music from around the world, and I have developed a desire to grow together with her on a global scale.

Setelah melewati pelbagai halangan dia akhirnya bertemu kekasihnya. Namun pertemuan itu bukanlah seperti yang diharapkan, kerana dia melihat kekasihnya bersama seorang jejaka lain. Ini membuat keyakinannya pudar dan hilang arah. Sambil memikirkan nasibnya di pinggir jalan, dia menerima bantuan dari seorang lelaki yang ingin membantunya. Video muzik ini adalah kisah permulaan buat konsep video muzik lagu-lagu dalam album BERONA. Video muzik kedua bakal dilakonkan oleh beberapa pelakon dan pelawak dengan pembabitan Rizky Febian sebagai watak tritagonis.
Rizky Febian adalah seorang penyanyi pop yang sudah lama berjaya dalam menghiburkan peminat muzik Indonesia sejak tahun 2015, lewat lagunya yang berjudul Perfection of Love. Kini, Rizky Febian berada di bawah syarikat rakamannya sendiri yang bernama RFAS Music, yang ditubuhkan pada tahun 2020. EP pertama yang mereka hasilkan adalah Garis Cinta, yang terdiri daripada tiga karya hebat iaitu Makna Cinta, Cuek, dan Mantra Cinta. Ketiga-tiga lagu ini mempunyai lebih daripada 50 juta tontonan di laman YouTube peribadi Rizky Febian.
Sejak penubuhan RFAS Music, Rizky Febian dan pasukannya telah berjaya mengadakan tiga konsert. Yang pertama pada tahun 2020 di Bandung, kedua sewaktu pandemik pada tahun 2021, serta sebuah konsert antarabangsa di Kuala Lumpur pada 2022. Kini, Rizky Febian serta pasukannya di RFAS Music sedang menyiapkan album keduanya dan juga konsert luar negara.
Single BERONA boleh didengari di semua digital platform seperti Spotify, Apple Music, KKBOX, Deezer dan YouTube Music mulai 11 Julai 2023 ini, video muzik BERONA akan mula ditayangkan pada 21 Julai ini secara eksklusif di saluran YouTube rasmi Rizky Febian.
Majlis Pelancongan Malaysia (MTC) yang telah dibatalkan oleh pihak ROS pada 20 Julai yang lalu mempunyai sebab yang kukuh yang menyebabkan pembatalan pendaftran MTC.
Pihak ROS telah mengeluarkan notis hendak membatalan Pendaftaran MTC yang bertarikah 11 April 2023 dibawah peruntukan seksyen 13(2) seperti yang terkandung dalam Akta Pertubuhan 1966 (Akta 335).

Pihak MTC telah bersengaja melanggar Fasal 2 perlembagaan berdaftar pertubuhan dengan menukarkan dan menggunakan alamat berdaftar surat menyurat tanpa kebenaran Pendaftar Pertubuhan terlebih dahulu.
Telah bersengaja melanggar Fasal 5,2 perlembagaan berdaftar pertubuhan kerana pemecatan keahlian Persatuan Pembangunan Pelancongan Antarabangsa Malaysia (MiTDA) dan perlucutan keahlian Persatuan Agensi Pelancongan Malaysia (MATA)adalah tidak teratur dan tidak mengikut perlembagaan
Telah bersengaja Fasal 7 perlembagaan berdaftar pertubuhan kerana mengadakan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan bagi tahun 2022 tidak mengikut ketetapan perlembagaan.
Telah bersengaja melanggar Fasal 8.1.3 perlembagaan berdaftar pertubuhan kerana pemecatan YBhg. Dato‘ NoorZaleha Baharuddin sebagai setiausaha Agung Kehormat adalah tidak teratur dan tidak mengikut perlembagaan.
Telah bersengaja melanggar Fasal 8.1.3 perlembagaan berdaftar pertubuhan kerana perlantikan Encik Chong Jing Kong sebagai Setiausaha Agung Kehormat yang baharu adalah tidak teratur dan tidak mengikut perlembagaan.
Telah bersengaja melanggar Fasal 10.4 perlembagaan pertubuhan berdaftar kerana penandatangan cek pertubuhan bukanlah Setiausaha Agung Kehormat yang dilantik didalam Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan pertubuhan.
Telah bersengaja melanggar fasal 10.5 perlembagaan berdaftar pertubuhan kerana perbelanjaan melebihi RM100,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Satu Ratus Ribu Sahaja) pada sesuatu masa tiada kelulusan Mesyaurat Agung.
Dengan bukti-bukti kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh AJK MTC maka pihak ROS membatal pendaftaran mengikut Akta Pertubuhan 1966.
Difaham mereka yang bersalah ini mempunyai niat untuk berjumpa dengan YB. Menteri Dalam Negeri untuk merayu agar pendaftaran MTC tidak dibatalkan. Berharap agar YB. Menteri Dalam Negeri untuk meneliti kesemua kesalahan MTC serta tidak melindungi mereka yang melakukan kesalahan dan jenayah yang melibatkan ratusan ribu wang pertubuhan.
Dengan pembatalan Pendaftaran MTC ini dapat menyekat mereka yang bersalah dari terus melakukan kesalahan yang serupa atau lebih berat lagi, Sekiranya pembatalan pendaftaran MTC ini dimansuhkan, mereka yang bersalah ini akan merasa kebal.
Seperti apa dilaporkan oleh setengah portal berita hari ini oleh individu yang tidak menyatakan nama dan hanya menggunakan nama seketariat MTC adalah salah dan boleh dianggap menyamar sebagai pegawai MTC. Berita yang dilaporkan adalah berita yang sama sekali tidak benar serta mengeliru pemain industri pelancongan serta orang awam yang berkepentingan. Ini adalah bertujuan untuk menutup kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh mereka. Untuk rekod MTC sudah dibatalkan pendaftaranya berkuatkuasa pada 20 Julai 2023 yang lalu.
Penyandang kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Selat Klang, Datuk Abdul Rashid Asari bakal ditentang Timbalan Presiden Parti Rakyat Malaysia (PRM), Datuk Mohamad Ezam Mohd Nor dalam. Pilihan Raya Negeri (PRN) kali ini.
Ini bermakna pada PRN Selangor kali ini, akan berlaku bertembungan tiga penjuru di DUN Selat Klang setakat ini.
Selain Abdul Rashid yang juga Ketua Badan Pimpinan Negeri Bersatu Selangor, Pakatan Harapan-Barisan Nasional (PH-BN) mempertaruhkan muka baru di kerusi berkenaan iaitu Datuk Roslee Abdul Hamid.
Mohamad Ezam berkata, PRM setakat ini meletakkan lapan calon untuk bertanding dalam PRN di Selangor termasuk beliau sendiri, namun tidak menolak kemungkinan ada calon baru di saat akhir.
Menurutnya, tumpuan kawasan akan diberikan kepada Selangor dan Pulau Pinang kerana PRM mempunyai kekuatan di kedua-dua negeri berkenaan yang dilihat ketara dan sengit.
Beliau turut menjangkakan keputusan di kedua negeri ini adalah berdasarkan keputusan Pilihan Raya Umum ke 15 (PRU15) lalu yang tidak akan mampu membentuk kerajaan.
Selain beliau, antara calon lain adalah Timbalan Setiausaha PRM, Syed Ahmad Putra bin Syed Isa akan bertanding di DUN Pelabuhan Klang; Ketua Penerangan PRM, Tan Kang Yap serta bekas Ahli Parlimen Kapar, S Manikavasigam di DUN Sentosa.
